Reason predicts a Barr victory at the Libertarian National Convention

It’s good enough for a lot of Libertarians, who are desparate for a candidate who can capture some of the Ron Paul mojo and avoid the fringey appearence of the Badnarik campaign. “We need to get back to basics,” said Alabama delegate Dr. Jimmy Blake, “rather than discussing mineral rights on Mars and all of that crap.” Washington, D.C. delegate Rob Kampia—better known as the head of the Marijuana Policy Project—is planning on voting for Barr, a sign of how much he’s been forgiven.

Let’s show the world, The Libertarians are orginized and have arrived!
The GOP and Dems have fielded the weakest candidates in modern history. If we put the right team together and work hard, our goals can be obtained.
I love this Barr and his promise of “Correct, Change.”

It will be great to have a nationally known candidate from the start! Name recognition alone is worth so much in garnering attention to the Libertarian cause.

As a life-long Republican, I have become disgruntled with the Republican Party. It is no longer the party of small government. This Republican will “cross the lines” and vote for Barr in November if he gets the Libertarian nomination! Go Bob Barr!

I am a Democrat, but I would vote for a viable Libertarian candidate in a heartbeat, because that is truly where my politics lie. Bob Barr for President 2008!

Let’s all unite to make certain that a Bob Barr presidency is a reality in 2009. Enough of the Republican pontificators and Democratic liberals. True change is going back to our heritage of liberty.
